New affordable homes: 
 building a strong reputation

Over the past five years, Rydon has delivered close to 800 new build homes to a selection of Registered Provider clients across Greater London and the South East, with a construction value close to £90 million.

We are currently working on the delivery of an additional 534 homes with a construction value of £86 million in 14 different locations. These include a proportion of private and shared ownership properties which form part of mixed use regeneration schemes. Some of these schemes, such as at the Pepys Estate in Lewisham, have been constructed in a series of phases, resulting in long-term partnerships with our clients and with the local communities.

Rydon has established a strong reputation for the quality of our social housing new build and for our ability to deliver these schemes on time and on budget.
