Hillside Hub is an £18 million design & build scheme recently completed by Rydon.
The building includes a 2500m2 Health Care Centre, 1000m2 Community Centre, 300m2 Tesco Express, a Cafeteria and 59 Residential Flats, of which 34 are Private for Sale and 25 are Shared Ownership, with associated parking, services areas and landscaping.
The works also comprise the provision of 69 no parking spaces of which 14 will be for the sole use of the PCT with 2 of the 14 being for disable use.
Built on a concrete frame and clad with white brickwork, timber cladding and a mixture of glass facades.
The scheme recently won a Silver Award at the What House Awards under the Starter Home Category.
