The development consists of a six storey block housing 64 key worker residential units above a health centre at ground floor level.
The design incorporates a number of modern building techniques, with the construction of an RC transfer slab at first floor level and a lightweight steel framed building erected above to house the residential accommodation.
The project also includes the use of bathroom pods, which provided the Client with time saving benefits.
The scheme was completed in January 2007.
