Maintenance services: 
 responding when we are needed

Rydon first began providing maintenance services to the social housing sector in 2001, when we signed a contract with High Weald Housing Association to maintain 6,000 properties in the Tunbridge Wells area. Since then, we have established a strong reputation as a provider of maintenance services to social housing landlords throughout the south east of England and we currently maintain over 22,000 properties.

Our areas of operation include reactive breakdown response, planned preventative maintenance, grounds maintenance, 24-hour on-call breakdown service, alterations, adaptations and small works and lifecycle works. We operate under a variety of formal terms of agreement, including bespoke partnering agreements, schedules of rates, by time and materials or on a quotation basis.
