We worked with our partners, Hyde Southbank Homes, Baily Garner and PRP Architects, through the pre-vote stages on this stock transfer of over 800 homes from the London Borough of Lambeth.

During the pre contract stages and throughout the contract we worked closely with the Resident Steering Group, who provided information and knowledge of the estates. This feedback was used to transform environmental areas, making them more attractive and creating a safer place to live.

The works comprised of:      

• New kitchens and bathrooms
• Upgrading of internal services
• New heating
• External repairs
• New refuse arrangements
• Incorporation of new security
• Environmental improvements

This project provided local employment opportunities, training programmes and traditional apprentices.

The works commenced on site in January 2005 and was completed in July 2007, 9 months ahead of contract programme.
