Lea Hall Gardens, won through competitive tender, comprised the major external works to three, 3 & 4 storey blocks housing 66 flats and maisonettes. The scope of works included:

• Concrete repairs and brick cleaning
• Replacement flat roof coverings
• Improvement works to balconies and walkways, including replacement asphalt
• External redecorationNew railings

In addition to the external element of the contract, Rydon undertook the occupied internal refurbishment to 23 of the above flats/maisonettes, providing new kitchens, bathrooms and central heating systems to Decent Homes standards.

Works on site commenced in October 2010, with a contract period of 32 weeks.
