Business Standards

At Rydon we believe that the use of business standards at UK and international accredited levels is instrumental to our future success across the Group.

In practical terms, all of our activities are carried out within the requirements of our integrated management system, the Rydon Management System (RMS). This includes staff training on selected procedures to ensure that individuals are fully equipped for the tasks allocated to them. The RMS ensures the continuous improvement of our systems and is driven by 18 formally trained internal auditors across the Group.

The Rydon Group is registered to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and is certified through the British Standards Institute (BSI), an accredited certification body by the United Kingdom's Accreditation Service (UKAS). The full scope of our certification is available upon request.

Our Business Standards team continuously evaluate new and emerging standards and use their experience to determine how best to apply these throughout the business.

This team also assists in establishing and raising the bar at both strategic and operational levels and use Lean Six Sigma techniques to drive process improvement and add customer value. They have expertise in business change management and take the lead on major continuous improvement programs.

Working in partnership with our supply chain and with our clients, and using new technology, we strive to continuously improve our performance throughout our operations.
