Health and Safety is of the utmost importance at Rydon and each division has an appointed director responsible for this. These directors meet quarterly to review performance and champion best practice whilst the Group's Safety Committee, comprising staff and management, meet and report on a six-monthly basis.
The Health and Safety Department provides advice on all aspects of safety related to our workplaces and operations; runs a comprehensive programme of training courses; conducts regular safety audits; reviews work-related accidents, and develops specific guidance on all Health and Safety matters.
