Rydon Maintenance secures new refurbishment
contract

Rydon Maintenance have recently secured the £4.5m refurbishment project of the St Georges Estate in Tower Hamlets for EastendHomes. The project was secured under competitive tender.
The scheme consists 471 homes located in, tower blocks ranging from 18 to 28 storeys, five storey blocks, two storey housing and bungalows. Works being undertaken include replacement windows and doors, concrete and brickwork repairs, thermal improvements, re-new roofs, balcony and railing repairs and communal electrical works. Works are due to commence on site in the spring.
