Refurbishment team wins new contract in Clapham

Rydon's refurbishment team has just secured a new contract for the London Borough of Wandsworth to upgrade 171 homes in five linked blocks known as Badric Court in the Clapham area. The contract, which is worth £1.25 million, consists primarily of window and door replacements but also includes some asbestos removal, electrical upgrades and minor structural repairs.
This is a 52 week programme with works due to begin in March.
