The housing construction team has announced a new contract win with Network Housing worth £3.4 million in South Kilburn, North West London.
The scheme, which is known as Gordon House, is to replace an existing block of sheltered flats with a new, concrete frame structure accommodating 26 new affordable flats.
The units will achieve Code Level 3 and the building will incorporate photo-voltaic panels on the roof as well as a partial green roof.
This is part of a wide regeneration programme being organised by the borough across the whole of South Kilburn.
Demolition work on the current structure is due to begin in May.
