Two new contracts for Maintenance

Rydon Maintenance have recently secured two refurbishment contracts with the London Borough of Newham. Both contracts were secured under competitive tender.
Durban Court requires the remodelling of the ground floor of a 5/6 storey block from Council offices to provide six flats suitable for disabled use. Whilst the works are being undertaken the upper floors, which are currently domestic flats, will be occupied. The contract value is £414,772 and works are due to start in the next few weeks.
Ellen Wilkinson School is valued at £949,877 and consist the remodelling and extending of the existing reception area, and refurbishment of the rest of the school, including the provision of new toilet facilities to the adjacent nursery. The works are in four end-on-end phases, with the works commencing at the end of July.
