New Contract and Client for Maintenance

On Monday 11th May Rydon Maintenance commenced work on a new 5 year partnering contract for housing association, London & Quadrant (L&Q), to carry out the reactive maintenance and repairs for 2,500 properties.
The geographical location of the works is from Caterham in the north to Brighton in the south, and from Guildford in the west,to East Grinstead in the east.
This is the first time that Maintenance has worked for L&Q, a leading housing association with over 57,000 homes in Greater London and the South East. The contract will be run from Maintenance's new offices at Mead House, in East Grinstead.
