Packington wins ‘Development of the Year 2011’

Packington Square, the flagship regeneration scheme Rydon is building in Islington for Hyde Group, was awarded “Development of the Year” at the Daily Telegraph British Homes Awards 2011 held on Thursday 22 September at The London Marriott Hotel.
Packington beat the other two finalists, Allerton Bywater, by Barratt Homes, and Campbell Park by Taylor Wimpey.
The judges were seeking the development that best demonstrates a contribution and impact on the local community and environment.
