Rydon is awarded a £25m repairs and
refurbishment contract by Network Housing Group

The house management company, Network Housing Group, has awarded Rydon a £25m Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishment contract, which spans approximately 9,500 of their homes. The homes are located in North, West and East London, and the contract will run for five years, starting in late 2011.
Network Housing Group Ltd was established in 2003 and works with 33 local authorities to provide a range of housing and support services, which it delivers through locally based housing associations. It is the holding parent body, with six member housing associations, of which Rydon will work with three: Network Stadium Housing Association, Willow Housing and Mitali Housing Association, to deliver a range of services.
Jeff Henton, managing director for Rydon Maintenance said: "We are delighted to be working with Network Housing Group on such a major project. This is a splendid recognition of Rydon's ability and growth in this sector."
