Rydon Maintenance wins 'Most Considerate
Constructor of the year 2011'

The Considerate Constructors Scheme recently celebrated the National Company Awards, where registered companies were recognised for their contribution towards improving the image of construction in the UK, and Rydon Maintenance was selected as the most Considerate Constructor in the country.
The ceremony took place on the 23 November 2011 where only the highest performing 20% of nearly 600 registered companies competed for the Awards, which in turn are only given to those who have demonstrated the very highest levels of consideration to the neighbourhood and general public, the workforce and the environment.
Rydon Maintenance (North London Region) was awarded a Gold award, for providing reactive repair and maintenance services to over 7,000 dwellings throughout the area. Our housing teams in East Grinstead and Healthcare in Dartford also both received bronze awards.
