Aileen Ivanec
Company Solicitor and Head of Insurance
Aileen is Company Solicitor and heads up a department of five lawyers and their support staff. Aileen and her team are involved as an integral part of the commercial and bid teams to ensure that schemes are structured to meet all parties' requirements and to ensure effective delivery. Aileen has an LLB Hons and qualified as a solicitor in 1997.
Donna Newell
Director of SHE, HR and Office Services
Donna joined Rydon in October 2005 to establish our Human Resources Department. Her HR career has been broad and spans over 20 years in her field. Her HR training commenced with a top five law firm and she subsequently gained experience with a number of public companies in leisure, automotive and engineering. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Peter Robertson
Director of Strategy, Marketing and Communications
Peter joined Rydon in 2002 following a long international career in Marketing and Communications at two FTSE 100 companies. Peter is responsible for overseeing business strategy and for Marketing and Communications across the Group. In addition he is the director responsible for CSR and Management Systems at Rydon. Peter has an MA from Oxford University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Nigel White
Director of IT - Group
Nigel joined Rydon in 2001. He has worked in IT in the construction industry for 30 years and was previously Group IT Director for a major plc.
He was Chairman of the Construction Industry Computer User Group for five years.
