Bob has over 30 years' experience in the construction, development and support services industry. He joined Rydon in 1992 and became a member of the Group Board when he was appointed Managing Director of Rydon Construction in 2000. Bob took up his current position as Group Chief Executive in January 2006. Bob is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Paul has been on the Group Board as Finance Director since 1998. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has been a trustee of the Group pension scheme since 1990 and has responsibilities for the administration of the scheme.
John is the Managing Director of Rydon Homes, a position he took up in January 2006. John joined Rydon in 1986 as Legal Director and was appointed to the Group Board in 1998. John is a graduate in law (LLB) from University College, London and has been a practicing lawyer since 1976.
Malcolm has been in the industry since 1964 and at Rydon since 1988, and was appointed to the Group Board when he took up his current position as Managing Director of Rydon Construction, in January 2006. Malcolm is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He has been at Rydon since 1988.
Alan is Managing Director of Rydon Maintenance, a position he has held since he joined the company in 2001. Alan has almost thirty years of professional experience in the building services and maintenance industries.
David joined Rydon in April 2007 as Managing Director of Ryhurst. His career has seen him closely involved in PFI and PPP from within both private and public sectors. David has a BSc in Estate Management from Reading University and and MBA from Durham University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
