John Kitchin
Managing Director
John is the Managing Director of Rydon Homes, a position he took up in January 2006. John joined Rydon in 1986 as Legal Director and was appointed to the Group Board in 1998. John is a graduate in law (LLB) from University College, London and has been a practicing lawyer since 1976.
Warwick Barnes
Director of Current Land
Warwick joined the Land Department at Rydon Homes in 1986 and gained experience purchasing residential development opportunities in Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hants, Herts, Essex and the Greater London Boroughs. He progressed through the Rydon management organisation within the Land department and became a Director in 2007.
Mike Jones
Strategic Land Director
Mike is a Chartered Town planner with over 30 years experience in town planning and residential development. He began his career working with a firm of Architects before spending 6 years working as a planner in local government. He then joined the House Builders Federation where he spent 4 years working as a Regional Planning Officer. This was followed by several years working as a Land Manager with two volume house builders before joining Rydon in March 1997.
Peter Hance
Design and Development Director
Peter graduated with an honours Degree in Building Technology & Management in 1971 and has worked for three companies during his career. This has involved him in many aspects of the build process but principally with responsibilities for construction.
He joined Rydon in 1995 and worked with the Construction division, reaching the position of Construction Director in 2000.
In 2006 he moved to Rydon Homes where he initially took over responsibility for Production before taking up his current role.
Natalie Flint
Sales and Marketing Director, Rydon Homes
Natalie joined Rydon in 2006 to head up the Sales and Marketing Department of Rydon Homes. Previously, she had seven years’ experience as Sales and Marketing Director with Countryside Properties and five years in the same role at Linden Homes, based in the South East Region. Her experience covers selling all ranges of properties from £99,950 studio apartments to £1.7m detached houses.
Anne Hall
Finance Director
Anne qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995 whilst training with a top 20 firm of Chartered Accountants, where she gained experience in the property market whilst seconded to a FTSE listed development and investment company.She joined Rydon that year as a Financial Accountant and, since then, has worked in a variety of finance roles at both Group and operating company level. In January 2006 Anne was appointed to her current role as Finance Director of Rydon Homes.
Anne is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
Chris Stevens
Surveying Director
Chris joined Rydon in 1984 after gaining experience with two other contracting companies. In his role as Surveying Director, he takes responsibility for the Group’s post contract commercial departments. Chirs has 35 yrs industry experience involving housing, development, construction, maintenance and refurbishment, across a broad range of procurement types and involving health, education, housing and cross subsidy development.
