David joined Rydon in April 2007 as Managing Director of Ryhurst. His career has seen him closely involved in PFI and PPP from within both private and public sectors. David has a BSc in Estate Management from Reading University, an MBA from Durham University and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Kingston University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Steve joined Rydon in June 1999 to head up Ryhurst's operational team following the company's success in winning two large PFI projects. He was integral to further bidding successes in eleven PFI and two LIFT projects for which he also provided the lead operations management. Steve came to Rydon from the NHS, where he worked for 11 years, and he has been a full member of the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) for 8 years. Steve joined the Board of Ryhurst in 2005.
Stephen joined Ryhurst in February 2008 to help develop the Ryhurst investment portfolio and to market the Joint Venture Service Targeted Estate Partnership to the NHS. Stephen is also in charge of the Ryhurst bid team. His career includes a number of NHS, independent and voluntary sector senior healthcare roles over 30 years and as an ex NHS Trust Chief Executive,Stephen has a wide range of contacts and experience to help develop health estates solutions. Stephen has a Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Services Management from the Institute of Healthcare Management.
As a fully qualified ACA (Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants) and with previous private sector experience as an auditor, Lisa joined Ryhurst in January 2004. Now Company Secretary, Lisa has helped procure and financially close 5 PFI and 2 LIFT schemes in the Health Sector for Ryhurst, the Rydon Groups PFI arm. Her 1st Class Honours Degree in Business Computing and first time passes in all areas of her accountancy qualification highlight her strong understanding of the technical and financial aspects of PPP/PFI accounting.
Laurence joined Rydon in December 2000 to establish a specialist division focusing on major regeneration and social housing, P.F.I. schemes. Having established this new business he then headed up Rydon's Business Development team before transferring to Ryhurst in May 2006 to deliver two LIFT Projects, after which he joined the Ryhurst Board in April 2007. His career spans over 35 years and his experience in major construction management brings a wealth of knowledge to the Group. Laurence has been a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building for over 20 years.
