Ryhurst, our specialist healthcare division has successfully procured a wide range of highly sophisticated health and social care schemes, which have been built and are being maintained by other Rydon divisions.
These include the Avon & Wiltshire NHS Partnership Mental Health Trust scheme, the largest mental health PFI in the country, and landmark community hospitals such as the recently completed award winning Newton Abbot Hospital in Devon.
Ryhurst has now developed a new model, the Services Targeted Estate Partnership (STEP) to offer total healthcare management solutions.
