This project comprised the refurbishment of an existing 1,250m2 office shell within the Solent Business Park, Fareham, to provide an Ophthalmic Clinic for Optegra, a private healthcare provider.

This new Ophthalmology Clinic comprises 3 laser treatment and refractive theatres with recovery, consulting and diagnostic suites and associated ancillary rooms. The laser treatment units required a specially designed and installed structural steel frame to reduce vibration.

The project also comprised the construction of a single storey external plant room waste storage enclosures, which service the Clinic.

This scheme was won in competition. As a result of our high performance we were awarded three more schemes with Optegra in Bradford, Manchester and Leeds.
