Rydon Maintenance was set up originally in 1997 to maintain a portfolio of 35 buildings that were in construction by Rydon Construction for their first major NHS contract for the Oxleas PFI in Bexley.
This was the foundation of a long and successful partnership between Rydon Maintenance, Ryhurst (Rydon’s PFI arm) and Rydon Construction for delivering and managing community and mental health facilities to the NHS across the south and south west of England.
Rydon Maintenance is now maintaining x buildings for y Trusts including the recently completed Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health project and the new Lymington Community Hospital in the New Forest.
Health projects are managed out of our offices in Erith and Bristol in accordance with their location

Rydon Maintenance has committed to a full-scale upgrade of all of the handheld mobile units used by its operative work-force over the coming weeks to further increase efficiency.
