
To achieve these objectives we place a great emphasis on recruitment and training of our own direct workforce to ensure that our operatives have not only the technical skills to perform the works required but also the relationship skills and ability to deal with residents in their homes and patients and clinical staff in the NHS facilities where we operate.

Rydon Maintenance has committed to a full-scale upgrade of all of the handheld mobile units used by its operative work-force over the coming weeks to further increase efficiency.
