Rydon began providing services to the social housing sector in 2001 when it signed a contract with High Weald Housing Association to maintain 6,000 of their properties around the Tonbridge Wells area in Kent.
The company has now established a strong reputation as a provider of maintenance services to social housing landlords throughout the South East and maintains in the region of 25,000 properties for a number of leading Housing Associations.
Rydon can operate under varying formal terms of agreement, bespoke Partnering Agreements, schedule of rates, by time and materials or on a quotation basis for any of the above works, to suit our clients’ requirements. In addition, Rydon has signed three pathfinder PFI contracts in Camden and Islington as part of a consortium and is providing services under these contracts to over to 7,000 units.
