Inside Housing rates Rydon project amongst the UK’s best

The UK’s leading publication for the housing sector has rated Packington Estate’s regeneration, which Rydon is delivering in partnership with The Hyde Group, in the country’s top 50 affordable housing developments.
Inside Housing’s panel of judges scrutinised projects totalling more than 6,000 homes to find affordable and social housing projects that excelled in terms of the quality of their funding, planning, sustainability, design and testimonials.
Packington was picked for being a development with the ‘wow’ factor and for the excellent new facilities and support it is giving the transformed community who live by Regents Canal in London.
