Dawn Kenny, Resident Liaison Officer for Rydon, has been recognised for going above and beyond the call of duty to help and support residents while working on the Ashmole Estate refurbishment project in Lambeth.

The Mayor of Lambeth Cllr Saleha Jaffer handed Dawn the award on Monday 25 April, during the Ashmole Estate TRA (Tenants and Residents Association) AGM, for her continued hard work over the past three years, whilst the Rydon Maintenance Refurbishment team has been delivering a major programme of phased refurbishment for Metropolitan.

Dawn is proud to represent Rydon and regularly goes above and beyond to ensure residents experience minimum disruption during the refurbishment of their homes and communal areas. In the current phase of the project, 280 properties are receiving various internal and external refurbishment works.

The role of a Resident Liaison Officer is to communicate with residents and the local community, acting as the sensitive interface between members of the community and the construction teams, ensuring mutual understanding and respect for each party's needs and interests.

Dawn has been particularly successful at this, building lasting relationships and trust with the residents of Ashmole Estate.

Well done Dawn, your hard work and dedication to providing resident liaison excellence to the Ashmole community has not gone un-noticed and has certainly paid off.
