Network Housing Group appoints Rydon
to new-build framework

Rydon has been successfully appointed to Network Housing Group's new-build housing framework.
The four-year framework will oversee the construction of around 1,000 homes for affordable rent and over 400 for shared ownership.
Rydon will have the opportunity to bid for contracts totalling up to and in excess of £20m.
Network Housing Group comprises a group of six registered housing providers and manages a total of 17,000 homes across 33 local authorities, primarily in London Boroughs and across the South East.
