Rydon Maintenance has been appointed as a delivery partner on the new London Procurement Partnership (LPP) Framework.

The framework is operated by Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust on behalf of all NHS Trusts and Foundation Trusts (including PFI healthcare buildings and facilities), NHS Collaborative Procurement Organisations, Clinical Commissioning Groups, NHS England and NHS Property Services Ltd.

Rydon is one of nine delivery partners to have been appointed based on its experience and capabilities in the services to be provided in the regions covered. The framework will last for an initial two year period with an option to extend by a further 24 months.

This is a national agreement for fully managed building and engineering maintenance services across four regional lots, consisting of London, North England, Midlands and East of England, and the South of England. Our appointment across the whole remit is testament to the success of our developing spread of existing contracts.

It launched at the beginning of April and will enable participating organisations to conduct further (mini) competitions, as and when their organisation's requirement arises, to procure maintenance services.

The total value of the services that might be procured under this framework may vary considerably. It will be based on the levels of participation by the eligible organisations up to a potential total of £100m, demonstrating the significance of our selection on this strategic framework.
