We are delighted that Rydon has been recognised for its customer service with two Gold awards and a top rating for customer satisfaction!

In House, a specialist independent research organisation, made contact with home purchasers at recent Rydon developments, asking feedback on a range of detailed questions relating to their whole purchasing experience.

The awards were given to Rydon Homes, securing a 100% score for customer satisfaction and a Gold Award, relating to the Waters Reach development in Wadhurst, and Rydon Construction, which secured a 95% score for customer satisfaction and a Gold Award, relating to the Maple Grove development in Sutton.

The questions ranged from how the selling agent dealt with their first enquiry, to their contact with Rydon staff, including site managers, sales staff and after purchase customer care and maintenance. Customers were also asked if they would recommend and if they would repeat purchase from Rydon.

The awards are a very positive endorsement of how we treat our customers throughout the home buying process.

We are delighted to have secured the gold award from In House now for a number of years and look forward to continuing to deliver excellent customer service in our future developments.
