Rydon completes construction of new Extra Care facility in Sidley

Rydon has completed construction of the Orangey, a new Extra Care facility in Sidley.
Rydon was appointed by housing provider AmicusHorizon to create the new Extra Care scheme which provides personalised care, high end facilities and state-of-the-art apartments designed to make residents later years stress free and happy.
Communal facilities include an on-site restaurant, activity rooms, hairdressing salon, assisted bathing facility and a resident’s lounge.
As well as the main facility there are also 58 apartments providing high quality housing for older residents with a wide range of needs and six open market houses for sale to the rear of the site.
