Rydon Construction has appointed a new Head of Sales and Marketing to lead the promotion of new-build homes for open market sale that form part of its regeneration schemes across London.

Jenny Colquhoun joins Rydon from Hyde New Homes, the Hyde Group’s sales specialist, where she was Head of Marketing for five years. Prior to Hyde, she was Sales and Marketing Director with Acorn Property Group and has also worked with Berkeley Homes.

Commenting on her new appointment, Jenny said: “With its exciting portfolio of London-focused redevelopment schemes, most recently the Queen Elizabeth Children’s Hospital in Tower Hamlets, it is a fantastic time to join Rydon. I look forward to working alongside this successful development team to bring high quality homes to the market where people really want to live.”

Jenny will also be devising and delivering marketing strategies for housing at the regeneration of Green Man Lane in Ealing, which is providing over 700 new homes, and over 400 at the regeneration of Durand Estate in Carshalton.

Rydon, working with Family Mosaic, recently secured full planning permission from the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson to transform the former Queen Elizabeth Children’s Hospital in Tower Hamlets into 188 new homes.
