Kevin is a Chartered Town Planner with over 25 years’ experience in town planning, land acquisition and residential development. He was most recently Head of Planning at Crest Nicolson, where he held a number of senior roles across a 16 year career.
Starting his career in local government, he worked with Surrey County Council, Woking Borough Council and Mid Sussex District Council before moving to the private sector.
Kevin has worked with a number of leading house builders on award-winning developments throughout the South East of England, ranging from small bespoke developments to large urban extensions.
Kevin said: “This is an exciting opportunity to work with Rydon Homes and contribute to the continued growth of this renowned house builder in the South East. Identifying and securing land in this part of the country is particularly challenging but I look forward to helping Rydon with its ambitious plans for growth.”
Warwick Barnes, Managing Director of Rydon Homes, added: “With his strong track record in land and planning, Kevin’s experience and technical knowledge will be immensely valuable to Rydon Homes as we seek to expand our development opportunities in a highly competitive market.”
