Rydon is a Catalyst for £300m housing framework

Rydon has been appointed by Catalyst Housing onto its new-build and major refurbishment framework.
The framework is valued at £75m each year across a period of four years and will see around 3,200 new homes built. It will offer the opportunity for Rydon, one of seven members on the framework, to tender for the construction of new homes for affordable rent, private sale, low cost and mixed tenure ownership, as well as some major refurbishment and regeneration.
Catalyst Housing is one of the leading housing associations in London and the South East, working across 38 local authority areas. It has over 20,000 homes within its portfolio.
