Rydon Maintenance has secured a remarkable four top honours from the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) Awards, across the Housing and Healthcare parts of the business.

The CCS hosted the National Company Awards on 5 and 6 November at the Plaisterers’ Hall in London, and Rydon was amongst only the highest performing companies put forward.

The winning Rydon Maintenance teams for 2015 are:

  • Canning Town & Brockley PFI – Gold
  • Myatts Field & Chalcots PFI – Silver
  • Islington PFI – Silver
  • Healthcare – Bronze

The National Company Awards celebrate those companies registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme who have implemented the highest standards of consideration towards the neighbourhood and general public, the workforce and the environment.

An independent panel reviews every registered company each year based on their performance against the Code of Considerate Practice, with only the highest performing being selected to receive a Bronze, Silver or Gold Award.

From the Gold Award winners, those who have demonstrated outstanding levels of consideration will also be presented with the title of Most Considerate Company, which we won in 2011

Rydon Maintenance has a long-standing association with the CCS, unique in being the founder member of their Company Registration – we proudly display the registration number ‘0001’ on vehicles in our commercial fleet.

To secure four awards on one night across the Maintenance business is testament to the achievements and exceptional hard work to raise the bar through the year 2014/15. Congratulations to everyone involved!
