Rydon SW selected on £2.25bn housing framework

Rydon Construction SW has been successfully selected onto a significant new framework aiming to deliver new affordable housing across the south and south-west of England and Wales. The framework, called Westworks, represents a consortium of 13 housing associations, local authorities and charities currently managing about 200,000 homes. Although the numbers of new homes to be constructed has not yet been announced, Westworks has indicated that the total budget available over the four years of the framework could reach £2.25bn.
Selection of the Rydon SW office onto this framework clearly establishes Rydon as a credible provider of new affordable housing in their region and further consolidates the business as an important provider of a wide range of construction services in the SW of England.
