March 2015
Following Ryhurst’s success as being selected as Isle of Wight NHS Trust’s strategic estates partner, Ryhurst’s Managing Director, Stephen Collinson, will be presenting Ryhurst’s model at an IHEEM (Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management) hosted event.
Stephen’s Presentation will provide a valuable insight into strategic estates partnerships (SEP), which commenced with Ryhurst in November 2014 with a SEP agreement with Isle of Wight NHS Trust, the first non-foundation Trust to enter into such an agreement. The two organisations work as Wight Life Partnership to comprehensively review and manage the estate across all of the Trust’s sites to ensure that buildings and grounds are being fully utilised and are suitable for the provision of modern healthcare.
This is Ryhurst’s third such "Whole Estate" Joint Venture partnership with the NHS, along with Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust and the Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
The event is being held on Tuesday 14 April at 6:30pm. The venue will be Bevan Brittan, Fleet Place House, 2 Fleet Place, Holborn Viaduct, London, EC4M 7RF
