Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is at the heart of our company and all of our activities. Led by the Group Chief Executive, CSR is on the agenda at Group Board and is overseen by the CSR Leadership Committee which he chairs.
This group is composed of director-level representatives from all of the Rydon Group companies as well as the Head of Human Resources. The Committee’s objectives are to identify, assess, measure and improve on all aspects of the social, environmental and economic impact of our business and our work.
The importance of CSR is disseminated throughout our organisation. We do not regard this as a box-ticking activity: our commitment to CSR is a reaffirmation and a natural extension of our core values. We embrace CSR in the belief that by contributing towards the improvement of our society and our environment, our company will be more successful.
