Comely Bank Clinic
Ryhurst signed its first LIFT contract for Redbridge and Waltham Forest LIFT in August 2004.
The new Medical Centre has been built on the existing health centre site; the works comprised the refurbishment of the existing, locally listed, building and new build Medical Centre. The two buildings are linked by a glazed walkway at first floor level. The existing services were decanted into temporary accommodation for the duration of the construction period.
The new 1,800m² Medical Centre accommodates a large GP practice including minor operations, treatment suite, eye/baby/leg ulcer clinics, community nursing facilities, primary care services, dentistry for disabled patients and a Toy Library. The Clinic opened in July 2005.
