Hallam Street Hospital, West Midlands
Ryhurst signed the first PFI contract within the West Midlands region on 20 October 1998.
The £5.6 million, 40 year contract provides for adult acute mental health inpatient accommodation in four residential units, a four bed Learning Disability unit and a Resource Centre.
The hospital has now entered its seventh year of operation since being commissioned in February 2000. Ryhurst is providing all facilities management services including:
- Property maintenance
- Cleaning
- Laundry
- Catering
- Portering
