Ryhurst signed the LIFT contract for Medway in May 2005.
A 2800m˛ Medical Centre, which accommodates 4 GP's, Minor Operational Procedures, Practice Nurse(s) and Admin Staff. Community Services include, Community nurses, Child Health surveillance, Family Planning, Staff and Patient Training Facilities; a Community Café facility and Advice Centre.
Rainham CHLC was successfully completed on time and within budget on 18th August 2006.
