Ryhurst signed the LIFT contract for Medway in May 2005.
With a capital value of £7 million this 2164m² Healthy Living Centre comprises 3 GPs, Practice Nurses, Administration and Minor Operation Procedures. Community Services will include Community Nurses, Community Midwives, Specialist Nurse Advisers, Community Dentistry, Child Health surveillance, Podiatry, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Social Services Care Management.
A Community Café facility and Advice Centre, Staff and patient training facilities were also provided.
Rochester Community Healthy Living Centre was successfully completed on time and within budget on 13 October 2006.
