St Margaret's Hospital
This project was signed on 5 April 2005.
This new Community Hospital provides enhanced services for the St. Margaret's Hospital site in Epping, Essex and consists of 8,042m² floor space on 3 levels (excluding the Café and plant space).
This new 66 bed community hospital consists of inpatients' accommodation and support services along with rehab and outpatient services. A diagnostic suite and a hydrotherapy suite is also provided as part of the hospital.
The capital value of the Project is £13.5 million.
Ryhurst, in association with Rydon Property Maintenance Ltd, are providing property maintenance services to the hospital for the next thirty years.
