These two projects form part of a £65million PFI scheme for Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership Trust, which involves the construction of 14 separate buildings in various locations in Bristol and Weston-super-Mare.

AHD - Refurbishment to circa A 1900 Grade 2 listed building and new build to form a 12 bed female Intensive Care Unit.

PICU - Refurbishment of existing 2 storey building to form 31 bed Low Secure Unit incorporating therapy areas and administration.

The scheme was completed in December 2006.
