Our expertise in the funding, development and delivery of community-focused projects is well-aligned to help our partners in the public and private sectors create new, well managed privately rented accommodation.

With a projected increase in the demand and cost of rented accommodation and with a growing group for whom home ownership or social (or affordable) housing is not an option, there is now a  real  opportunity to provide a solution to a housing need and create assets that generate long-term guaranteed income.

Rydon is pleased to offer our wealth of experience in housing, working with the London boroughs and other local authorities, registered providers and private investors, typically as a joint venture partner, to fund, develop and construct new homes that can be privately rented. We are able to offer bespoke design solutions to partners that tailor a product specifically for the private rented sector, including assessments of both capital and life cycle costs which are fundamental to any long term property holding model.

We have included well managed and whole sale private rental elements within a number of the regeneration projects that we have developed to date, including Hillside Hub in the London Borough of Brent and Durand Close in the London Borough of Sutton, and will continue to do this to offer real choice to customers in the areas in which we work.

We build and transform communities, breathing life into public areas and creating places that people are proud to call home and the delivery of high quality, flexible tenure and sustainable housing is a speciality of ours.
