Rydon has been appointed by Origin Housing to deliver a comprehensive upgrade to Ashton Court Extra Care facility in Camden Town, London. The work will improve accessibility and facilities enabling a better quality of living for elderly residents.
The 50 week programme will include remodelling the interior to provide 24 larger more accessible apartments as well as introducing balconies for residents. The communal areas will be rebuilt and new apartments provided, creating a modern community facility for residents to enjoy.
