Rydon has now commenced on site with the redevelopment of Parmin Close for Knightstone Housing Association.
The £9m contract located in Taunton involves the demolition of the existing dwellings and community centre on site. The site is located in a residential area and has good public transport, pedestrian, and cycle links to the town centre.
The new facility will provide 66 Flexible Retirement Apartments and 12 Assisted Living Apartments of one and two bedroom accommodation for rent and shared ownership.
