MANAGING DIRECTOR - RYDON CONSTRUCTION

Mark joined Rydon as Construction Director in November 1999. He started his career as Planning Engineer at a contracting company, progressing over time through to construction management and onto the position of Construction Director at a major PLC developer. Mark has led the regeneration business stream at Rydon and has also led on a number of initiatives linked to sustainability and employment for young people. Mark was promoted to the position of Managing Director and joined the Group Board in October 2010.

Jeff Henton

Jeff Henton

MANAGING DIRECTOR - RYDON MAINTENANCE

Jeff has worked in the industry since 1978 and has been at Rydon since 1984. He has an in-depth and practical understanding across all of our activities, having worked through all site disciplines and subsequently senior management positions. He has considerable experience of refurbishment works, both occupied and vacant, across the housing, health and education sectors, allied to an in-depth knowledge of responsive repairs, particularly in the health and housing sectors. Jeff is a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He was promoted to Managing Director and joined the Group Board in October 2010.

MANAGING DIRECTOR - RYDON HOMES

Warwick joined the land department at Rydon Homes in 1986 and gained experience purchasing residential development opportunities in the home counties and the Greater London Boroughs. He progressed through the Rydon management organisation within the land department and became Director of Current Land in 2007. Warwick was promoted to the position of Managing Director of Rydon Homes and joined the Group Board in May 2013.

Stephen Collinson

MANAGING DIRECTOR - RYHURST

Stephen joined Ryhurst in February 2008 to help develop the Ryhurst investment portfolio and to market the Joint Venture Service Targeted Estate Partnership (STEP) to the NHS. He was promoted to Managing Director and joined the Group Board in October 2012. His career includes a number of senior healthcare roles in the NHS and the independent and voluntary sectors. As an ex-NHS Trust Chief Executive, Stephen has first-hand experience of managing the challenges faced by Ryhurst's clients. Stephen has a Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Services Management from the Institute of Healthcare Management.

GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR

Mark joined Rydon in February 2014 as Finance and Commercial Director for Rydon Maintenance and was promoted to Group Finance Director in October 2016. Initially working in construction with house builders Charles Church and Berkeley he also holds property maintenance experience with Serco. Mark has worked in the construction related sectors of lifts and escalators, as FD of Kone UK, and electronic security with Stanley Black & Decker as European Operations FD. Mark has an economics degree and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Andrew Goldman

Andrew Goldman

GROUP MARKETING AND TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR

Prior to joining Rydon, Andrew had an extensive marketing career both in the UK and overseas, working primarily with large, multi-national technology businesses including IBM, Philips and Nokia.  For the past two and a half years he had been Managing Director of Cohn & Wolfe, part of WPP and a leading global public relations company, in Indonesia. His role at Rydon, embracing Marketing & Technology, aims to align these two important disciplines in helping to shape and deliver the Group strategic vision. Andrew has a BA in English & American Studies.  He joined Rydon and the Group Board in May 2016.

Aileen Ivanec

Aileen Ivanec

GROUP LEGAL DIRECTOR 

Aileen is Group Legal Director and leads the Legal & Insurance, and Safety Health & Environment departments. As an integral part of project commercial management, she and her team are actively involved in project funding and setting up public sector joint ventures, ensuring that projects meet all parties' requirements and are effectively delivered.  Aileen was appointed to the board in October 2011. Aileen has an LLB Hons and qualified as a solicitor in 1997.

Lisa Fitzsimons

GROUP HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

Lisa was appointed as Group Human Resources Director in February 2016 and brings a wealth of senior level experience to the Board. Before joining Rydon, Lisa was a board member of UPP Group and has also been a member of the executive team at Wates Construction. She has spent more than 15 years working across a variety of sectors including construction, logistics, manufacturing and retail and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
