Aileen Ivanec
Group Legal Director
Aileen is Group Legal Director and leads the Legal & Insurance, and Safety Health & Environment departments. As an integral part of project commercial management, she and her team are actively involved in project funding and setting up public sector joint ventures, ensuring that projects meet all parties' requirements and are effectively delivered. Aileen was appointed to the board in October 2011. Aileen has an LLB Hons and qualified as a solicitor in 1997.

Andrew Goldman
Group Marketing and Technology Director
Prior to joining Rydon, Andrew had an extensive marketing career both in the UK and overseas, working primarily with large, multi-national technology businesses including IBM, Philips and Nokia. For the past two and a half years he had been Managing Director of Cohn & Wolfe, part of WPP and a leading global public relations company, in Indonesia. His role at Rydon, embracing Marketing & Technology, aims to align these two important disciplines in helping to shape and deliver the Group strategic vision. Andrew has a BA in English & American Studies. He joined Rydon and the Group Board in May 2016.

Mark Day
Group Finance Director
Mark joined Rydon in February 2014 as Finance and Commercial Director for Rydon Maintenance and was promoted to Group Finance Director in October 2016. Initially working in construction with house builders Charles Church and Berkeley he also holds property maintenance experience with Serco. Mark has worked in the construction related sectors of lifts and escalators, as FD of Kone UK, and electronic security with Stanley Black & Decker as European Operations FD. Mark has an economics degree and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Lisa Fitzsimons
GROUP HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
Lisa was appointed as Group Human Resources Director in February 2016 and brings a wealth of senior level experience to the Board. Before joining Rydon, Lisa was a board member of UPP Group and has also been a member of the executive team at Wates Construction. She has spent more than 15 years working across a variety of sectors including construction, logistics, manufacturing and retail and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Adam Jackson
Director of IT
Adam was appointed as Director of IT in October 2016, having joined Rydon in July as an Interim. With more than 30 years’ IT experience, encompassing both operational management and programme delivery, he has worked in senior leadership roles across a wide range of sectors, from Investment Banking to Social Housing. His most recent role was to prepare a start-up online retail financial services business for launch. Adam has a number of industry recognised accreditations, including ITIL Expert and Prince2 Practitioner, and will now define Rydon’s IT strategy and lead the IT team as it transforms to support the Group strategic vision.
