At Rydon we have an internal recruitment team who fill the majority of roles directly, however we are aware that a good recruitment agency can play an important part of the process. Therefore we do operate a PSL of pre-approved suppliers to assist us, as and when required.
Rydon is committed to working with their preferred suppliers and building lasting, mutually beneficial relationships to maximise our candidate experience, and the partnerships we have with our agency suppliers.
